How do I return an item?

RubyTimes supplies customers worldwide with brand-new watches, mostly imported directly from the factory. Before shipping, we always check each watch for any damages or problems. If upon receiving it you find any problems or factory defects, or if you are dissatisfied in any way, items may be returned within the 7 days for a prompt refund as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition including the packaging. Our preferred Carrier is UPS and we would provide a label for you to ship it back.

To process a credit, the customer must contact us within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided. This RMA number must be included in the package with the returned items to expedite and complete the process.

After the 7 days,  defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A return may be accepted after a 30 day period at our discretion; The return shipping charges are the customer's responsability. Again our preferred carrier is UPS.

All items must be returned with their original boxes, tags, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and warranty card. 

Watches that have been re-sized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Once the returned item is received and checked, we will ship back a replacement watch ( either new or repaired by our in-house technician).

The full credit will be issued promptly to the customer’s account.

Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable unless the return is as a result of our error.

RubyTimes is not liable for items that are lost or damaged, so it is highly recommended that customers insure their package.
